We recommend dressing in layers for activities in the mountains. We also suggest bringing or wearing hiking shoes (or sneakers with good ankle support), sunglasses, sunscreen, a warm hat, a windbreaker, light gloves, and a small backpack for personal belongings. Please consider that the temperature difference between the city and the trail location could be as much as 20 degrees.
The minimum age to participate is 10 years of age. Bikers must be in good physical condition without activity-limiting medical issues. No biking experience is required, but participants must be able to ride a bike comfortably. This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
