Tour Details

Come experience the splendor of Dubai as you journey to its many historical landmarks. Walk with your experienced guide to see the highlights of Dubai, including the Dubai Museum, the Old Souk, and Sheikh Saeedís house.

This Dubai tour will begin in the old district of Al Bastakiya with its historic narrow streets and tall Barajeels, or wind towers. Next, you will visit the Dubai Museum, which is located in Al Fahidi Fort. This fort was built in 1787, making it the oldest existing building in Dubai. The museum showcases the traditional way of life in the Emirate of Dubai, including local antiquities and artifacts from Africa and Asia. After the Dubai Museum, your half-day Dubai tour continues to the Old Souk, a traditional Arabic market. Visit the Sheikh Saeed's house, built in 1894 and preserved as a museum. The museum is a treasure trove of historical documents, photographs, and furnishings of the ruling family of Dubai.

Continue your Dubai tour to the Souk Al Kabeer, which is the oldest residential area of Dubai. It showcases the traditional coastal lives, customs, and rich history of the AUE's pearl diving and fishing communities. This half-day Dubai walking tour is the ideal way to spend your time in Dubai.
