Brad Miller - Founder TourSalesWeston, Fla. -- Bradford J. Miller is co-founder of TourSales.com and Shore Excursions Group, Florida-based tour companies offering day tours and activities throughout the world. With partner Michael S. Bonner, he launched TourSales.com in 2013, capitalizing on the success of Shore Excursions Group, which he co-founded with Bonner in 2009 and built into the largest shore excursions company in the world. For both TourSales.com and Shore Excursions Group, Miller tapped into the global network of destination experts he has established throughout his 20-year career, helping to bring thousands of popular and special interest tours to the two companies.

Prior to launching his own ventures, Brad Miller held senior leadership positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises and Abercrombie & Kent.

He was executive vice president and chief development officer of Abercrombie & Kent Group of Companies from 2005 to 2008. He helped steer the company's growth through acquisitions and strategic partnerships, including its growth strategies for hotels, lodges and ships in Asia, Europe, South America, and Australia. His position with Abercrombie & Kent honed his expertise with insider experiences and high-quality tours, subject to a quality assurance program that includes first-person research and consumer reviews.

Prior to joining Abercrombie & Kent, Brad Miller held top executive positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises for 12 years, most recently as vice president of brand development. During his tenure with the cruise line, he played key roles in diverse business facets from evaluating capital investments valued at more than $2 billion, to directing sales and overseeing service standards for 1,200 employees, to participating on the senior executive team that oversaw all aspects of Celebrity Cruises.

He is credited with transforming a Royal Caribbean group sales and service department into one of the industry's most successful. He also led a company-wide reengineering effort to substantially increase the quality of customer service, resulting in the creation of a centralized, technologically advanced customer service center, recognized as one of the most substantial corporate achievements of the year and the only one of its kind in the cruise industry.

Brad Miller earned a master of business administration at the University of Miami, and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He began his business career as a financial analyst for Florida Power & Light, where he rapidly rose through the ranks and was responsible for evaluating corporate investments.

The financial acumen Miller received through his education and early work experience, combined with his entrepreneurial creativity, distinguish his career as a travel industry professional.
