Tour Details

Explore the "City of Light" on a bike tour, the best way to see one of Europe’s largest cities and its countless spectacular sites. On this Paris bike tour, encounter picturesque views of the city while also visiting Paris' major attractions. This tour is meant to be fun, relaxing, and informative, so don’t worry if you are not an expert bike rider. Come along for the ride and see Paris on two wheels.

While riding on your comfortable, user-friendly bike, your guide will teach you about Paris' fascinating history and will share interesting stories, as well as information about the daily life of Parisians. Dine on a leisurely lunch (price not included) at a cafe in the Tuileries Gardens, where traditional French cuisine is served.

Some of the highlights of this bike tour of Paris include the Eiffel Tower, which is of course the most famous monument in Paris and attracts millions of tourists each year. Built for the World Exposition of 1889, it is one of the tallest structures in the world. Your bike tour also introduces you to the Louvre Museum, one of the largest museums in the world. It was originally the residence of the French monarchy and now houses some of the world’s most famous works of art, including the Mona Lisa, Winged Victory, and Oath of the Horatii.

Ride along the Champs-Elysees, Paris’s busiest street, crowded with stores, cafes, and people. On the western end of the Champs-Elysees is the Arc de Triomphe, one of Paris’ most famous monuments. Your guide will also take you to Napoleon's Tomb and Les Invalides, where you will can find the tomb of Napoleon, who ruled France from 1804 to 1815. Les Invalides is famous because in 1789, at the start of the French Revolution, thousands of muskets were stolen from here and were used during the storming of the Bastille.

Other sites you will see on the tour include the Rodin Museum, Place de la Concorde, the Alexander III Bridge, La Madeleine, the Orsay Museum, and Assembly Nationale. This comprehensive bike tour is easy to ride and an excellent introduction to Paris.
