Tour Details

On this fun and informative bike tour, explore Buenos Aires's northern neighborhoods. You'll visit Recoleta, Palermo, and Belgrano, and learn about the life of Maria Eva Duarte de Peron (Eva Peron), the former First Lady of Argentina. Bike through tranquil parks and bustling plazas while seeing the best sites in these beautiful neighborhoods.

This bike tour begins in Plaza Italia, also known as Palermo. After a brief introduction to your friendly, English-speaking guide and your bike, you will pedal to Recoleta, an incredibly stylish residential and tourism area area in Buenos Aries. Recoleta is known for its founding Church of Neustra Señora del Pilar and the adjacent Recoleta Cemetery, as well as being the home of university campuses and the National Library of Argentina.

Following your Recoleta tour, you will continue to Palermo and Belgrano to learn more about the landmarks of these charming northern neighborhoods. In Palermo, you'll hear about the Floralis Generica, an 18-ton steel flower sculpture created by Eduardo Catalano that has become a major icon of Buenos Aires. Found in the Plaza de ale Naciones Unidas (United Nations Square), the "Steel Flower" actually opens during the day and closes at night. This Buenos Aires bike tour also takes you to the gorgeous Rose and Botanical Gardens. Following this lovely visit, you will have the opportunity to taste a traditional Argentinian drink, yerba mate, a plant-based hot beverage very common in the area. You will also visit the former mansion of Eva Duarte, commonly known as Evita, the former First Lady of Argentina.

Join this two-wheeled Buenos Aires adventure for a wonderful way to see the city's fantastic northern neighborhoods.
